Each of you did a great job with creating recipes using the Lightlife products. Since I’m allergic to soy, I can’t use the product. However, I did get some ideas for changing up some of my recipes. So, thank you for sharing and sparking some creativity in my cooking.
I love so many Lightlife products, but I think my favorite is probably Smart Ground because it’s the most versatile. A close second place though is Smart Dogs. I adore them for the fact that they are low-cal while still being totally satiating, and you can top them with anything.

I would like to try out the Smart Deli ham to make a Hawaiian Pizza. I stopped eating pork over a year ago, but ham and pineapple was one of my favorite pizza toppings.
Hard to pick just one, but I guess I would go with the Smart Ground veggie protein crumbles since it is so versatile. You can use it in “meat” sauce, chili, tacos, etc. The possibilities are endless.

My fave is definitely Smart Ground- it makes a mean spaghetti!
I use the sausage links and eat with Van’s vegan waffles for a special Sunday breakfast.
