Hi! It’s been a while since I last posted and, as it’s Thanksgiving week, I just wanted to say how thankful I am to Shelley for holding down the fort over here while I’ve been dealing with life stuff. I may have been a bit distracted lately, but I’ve still been trying new vegan goodies and have quite a backlog to share with you. However, it was one product in particular that got me psyched enough to break my silence and share it with you guys. Meet The Lupo:
This all organic hazelnut spread is made simply of hazelnuts, maple syrup, and cocoa power and is brought to you by the awesome folks at Pure Sweets. I mixed it into vegan vanilla ice cream, spread it on toast with bananas, and ate it straight up. All of that and more is recommended. Seriously, SO delicious. Pure Sweets also makes amazing flourless cookies, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention my husband’s favorite, The Frog:
This wonder of a pistachio cookie is deep in flavor and light on guilt as it, along with everything Pure Sweet concocts, is all organic, vegan (of course), and made from whole food ingredients. I hope that this company expands and does so quickly. Their goodies are all so incredibly tasty because of the high quality of the ingredients used and I, for one, can’t wait to have some more. Not only that, but their customer service is impeccable and they are a dream to interact with. Go Pure Sweets!!!
