Eat Pastry…

…that’s an order!  It’s also the name of a fantastic company making the most delicious ready-to-bake cookie dough you ever could eat.  Of course, “ready-to-bake” also means “perfect right out of the jar” and the best part about vegan cookie dough is there’s no nasty salmonella from raw eggs. Hooray!  Seriously though, it’ll take some restraint not to eat all this sweet melt-in-you-mouth deliciousness before you bake it.  But, good things come to those who wait, promise!

My favorite of their cookies is the peanut butter chocolate chip, which I would link to, but it’s not on their site.  Perhaps this means they’re not making it anymore?  If so, sad.  But you can always buy the peanut butter version and then just add your own chocolate chips.  Speaking of additions, I took it one step further when I made these a week or so ago and added pretzels.  I love the combination of peanut butter, pretzels, and chocolate, and these bad boys were awesome.

All the non-vegans at the party gobbled them up, loving every last morsel.  I highly recommend trying all the varieties of Eat Pastry dough you can can get your hands on, for serious.  They are some awesome yums.  Have a great weekend everyone!

    Aww man, no recipe?! Well, I guess I can take any recipe and just add the pretzels. Do you press them into the cookie immediately after baking?

      Haha – no problem. Best part of Eat Pastry is they’ve already perfected the recipe and you just get to buy the dough! As for baking with the pretzels, I form each scoop of dough into a perfect ball and then press it down with the pretzel before they go into the oven. Works every time. 🙂 -Sky
