A New Form of a Fave

I had waited patiently for the new Daiya wedges to arrive at my local Whole Foods. Finally the day has come, and I was able to pick some up last week. I bought the Jack flavored wedge, and it did not let me down.

I tried it on pasta and in some tofu stuffed shells. I made a Boca chick patty sandwich and sliced some onto that, I also mixed up with some Upton’s Italian in a wrap. No matter how I prepared it it didn’t let me down. The flavor and consistency were great. I could see this used in just about anything (Tofu scramble is next on my list) that you want a cheesy flavor.
