Greens on the Go
I’ve been traveling a bunch recently, and I really miss the consistent huge servings of greens I eat at home when I’m on the road. Recently, however, I’ve started turning to green powders to fill in my nutritional gaps. After trying a wide array, I’ve finally narrowed in on a favorite.
The Raw Reserve by AmazingGrass is chock full o’ greens like wheatgrass, spirulina, and kelp, and it’s all raw, which means the enzymes are intact for easy digestion. Bonus: It contains like a bazillion probiotics which are also great while traveling AND it comes in single serving packets for on-the-go ease. I used to add it to plain water, which is palatable (quite a feat for a green powder) but now I’ve discovered that it is absolutely delicious when added to coconut water. Refreshing and sweet, and sure to keep you feeling your best – at home, or away.
